Making the transition from paper to digital.

for days now i have been struggling with the pros and cons of switching completely to a digital format for my scrapboking. it is even hard to put into words because my head gets so jumbled with the possibilities.
on the one hand i have the gist of our lives documented in traditional scrapbooks; meaning that there are 12x12, 8.5x11 and many many mini albums already finished. there is a whole life already done.
those pages are done, finished and packed into albums in themes. i still have a gabazillion 12x12 pages in a box, but that is a whole 'nother story.
so where do i go from here?
i have three shoeboxes of printed pictures that are begging to be scrapped.
this is the plan (as of today) LOL.
i set up four 8.5x11 binders and filled them with page protectors. CHECK.
i set up 2 8x8 ac cloth albums with page protectors. CHECK.
i will be moving my digital chrono. pages into the 8x8 as a sort of family album.
the 8.5x11's are set up into stacy julians LOM system so i will be mixing paper and digital as i go back and do older pictures.
do i make any type of sense?
i hope so:))))
